Hey there, I’m Thomas!
I’m a Technical Producer who is passionate about helping the team ship the best games possible.
My work varies from leading projects from idea to launch, supporting a game after it’s shipped, or even creating a prototype to test the waters.
Part of the fun of being a Producer is your day-to-day could vary wildly.
Sometimes I’m helping kick-off a feature and managing tasks, other days I’m working with the team to throw water on the current biggest fire.
I love working on games more than anything; game development is my life!

Responsibilities -

• Facilitated Roadmaps and Sprint Plans with department leads and 4 external partners (Crystal Dynamics, CDEE, Netflix, and Amazon)
• Managed Release Pipeline including build creation and uploading
• Achieved Milestones according to best practice workflows including task tracking, bug reporting, feature reviews, and playtests
• Worked on streamlining processes for Dev-Ops and Live-Ops for decreased overhead and increase efficiency.
• Assisted in the creation and maintenance of documentation; including features, content, and other important information

LIONHEART: DARK MOON RPG

• Facilitated Roadmaps and Sprint Plans with department leads, CEO, Executive Producer, and Art Producer
• Managed CI/CD Pipeline for internal/external testing
• Worked with Engineers to update Unity versions to a much newer version of Unity
• Fixed issues between Project and Unity versions including Script compilations errors, outdated Shaders, and Asset Bundle Workflows
• Outlined key differentials between Mobile and Steam versions; including Controller Support, updated F2P Economy, Analytics, and Achievements
• Worked on streamlining processes for Dev-Ops and Live-Ops for decreased overhead and increase efficiency.
• Assisted in the creation and maintenance of documentation; including features, content, and other important information
• Onboarded new team members to help them ramp up quickly and smoothly
• Helped create the Localization Pipeline to address and overcome issues on previous projects

Project Bubblegum is an online and local couch co-op action-game for up to 4 players. This new spin on a classic genre includes RPG, puzzle and platforming elements all rendered in gorgeous 3D graphics. • Facilitated Roadmaps and Sprint Plans with department leads, CEO, Executive Producer, and Art Producer
• Helped manage the CI/CD Pipeline for internal testing
• Showcased the game at “Show-n-Tells” to help motivate the team and to acquire internal player feedback
• Planned a Demo to be showcased in 3 weeks that highlighted the games major mechanics (Crafting, Resource Gathering, Combat, Decaying Needs, etc.)
• Updated pipelines and processes for Dev-Ops to help the team get familiar with Unreal Engine
• Created and maintained the internal Wiki to better document processes, tools, features, content, and project roadmap • Updated the Localization Pipeline to account for Unreal Engines built-in Loc tools

THE DRONE RACING LEAGUE - SIMULATOR

Tomb Raider Reloaded features roguelike gameplay for the first time in the series, supported by a deep upgrade & progression system that includes run-specific and permanent weapons, abilities, upgrades and collectables.

On your quest you’ll avoid hidden traps, discover ancient relics, solve a wide variety of puzzles and face off against different enemies and bosses (is that a T-Rex I hear!?) both new and familiar to the Tomb Raider series.

An original orchestral soundtrack and voice acting that pays homage to the series’ iconic legacy.

• Created and implemented UI Mock-ups from Photoshop to Unity for various screens/features.
• Updated old code bases to utilize best practice Game Programming Patterns including MVC, Flyweight, Factory, Observer, and more.
• Worked on designing and implementing the Circuits (Grand Prix) Mode.
• Updated Loc Tools and Importing Processes to optimize Localization Pipeline
